Retirement Plan

  • 401K/Profit Sharing Plan With Matching Funds

Paid Leave

  • Personal Leave is accrued at each bi-weekly pay period:
    • Rate of 19 days per year for less than 5 years of service with the company.
    • Rate of 24 days of vacation per year for employees with at least 5 but less than 10 years of service with the company.
    • One (1) additional day of Personal Leave accrual for each year of service above 9 years through the 14th year, for a maximum of 29 days annual Personal Leave.
  • Personal Leave can be taken at the discretion of the employee with supervisor approval, can be banked until a future time, or cashed in by the employee.
